About Alyce

Alyce Franklin-Owens serves as Northeast District Vice Governor and has been a dedicated member of this esteemed organization since joining the Central Jersey Youth Club in 1986. Upon transitioning to the adult club, she advanced through a series of leadership roles—Youth Leader, Financial Secretary, Second Vice President, First Vice President, and ultimately, President of the Central Jersey Club.

At the national level, Alyce has contributed as an appointed Evaluation Coordinator and as the elected National Treasurer. A proud highlight of her journey was being installed as a Life Member during the 82nd National Convention. These experiences have strengthened her leadership, broadened her perspective, and deepened her commitment to the mission of the organization.

Alyce holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Kean University and a Bachelor of Science in Administration & Accounting from Thomas Edison State University. Beyond her professional and organizational service, she is a member of The Links, Incorporated, Jersey Shore (NJ) Chapter, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Monmouth Medical Center, RWJ Barnabas Health.

In her professional career, Alyce is Chief Financial Officer at Pathways to College, where she partners with the President/CEO and COO to oversee financial operations, human resources, and information technology.
