The members of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. believes strongly in developing youth leaders in today’s world and has been committed to this effort since its inception in 1935. “Youth from the Bronx Youth Club, Mid-Island youth Club and the Brooklyn Youth Club travelled to the National Black Theater in Harlem to participated in the Networking 101 workshop. They worked how to answer the question ”Tell me a little about yourself”. We role played how to answer the question on a job or scholarship interview and at family gatherings.”
UN Youth Day
“Thirty youth and their advisors attend the event. The day began with a Briefing, youth participated in an interactive presentation Facilitated by Ms. Bedford on Leadership Qualities Youth will need today. There was a presentation on Entrepreneurship in Broadcasting facilitated by “Chela” of Body Shop Enterprises they host a radio and online TV show. Lunch was served and the youth view the film “Girl Rising” and participated in a spirited conversation with National 2nd Vice President, Sherell Carper. Youth Clubs in attendance were the Brooklyn Youth Club, Bronx Youth Club, Mid-Island Youth Club and youth from the Mid-Atlantic District.”

The Youth Division of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. invites youth between the ages of 12-18 to get connected with other youth across the country who are focused on the goal of “C.H.A.N.G.E.,” which represents:

Beta Psi Clubs consist of young women and men attending an accredited college, university, business or technical school who want to get involved with human services, economic, social, and political issues affecting the lives and welfare of the poor, minorities and the handicapped.
Beta Psi members of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. are focused on:
- Increasing their Leadership Skills
- Developing their Communication Skills
- Sharpening Problem-Solving and Decision–Making Skills
- Addressing Social & Political Issues
